The apartment opens into a living / dining room, from which you can also access the bedroom and the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed; the sofa bed in the living room is for 2 people.

The space

The apartment is completely equipped with linen, towels, phone, ultra fast wifi, everything you may need to cook. Both the main bed and the sofa bed are equipped with an extra memory foam topper/ mattress to make them more comfortable.
The balcony of the living room opens directely in front of the impressive and majestic lines of the new Justice Palace.

The apartment, completely renovated, includes:
● a spacious bedroom (with a double bed and a single sofa bed)
● a fully equipped kitchen
● a bathroom
● a large living room with a double sofa bed.

The closet is used as a utility room and is not accessible to guests.

The apartment includes:
● Free private covered parking, in a common area
● a free private high-speed Internet connection (WiFi) available throughout the apartment.
● a cot for children under 3 years old and also a cot for children under 5 years old

The welcome set includes:
● blankets, sheets and towels
In the closet you can find extra pillows.

The mattress of the main bed and the sofa bed are equipped with an upper layer in Memory, a special material that wraps the body giving it anatomical support and a fiber layer. This is for an ideal orthopedic support, especially for the spine. The coating is hypoallergenic. Thanks to this extra memory foam mattress, the sofa mattress is no less comfortable than regular sofas, but it is perfect for a good night's sleep.

The kitchen is completely equipped. Kitchen amenities in a nutshell:

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you may need for a comfortable stay.

It is not allowed to smoke inside the house, but you could smoke outside in the balcony, closing the door.

Dogs may be allowed if not big and well trained; in that case contact me and ask me first. The apartment has parquet and many wooden furniture, so the dog should not be used to bite things or soil the ground.

Since the apartment has parquet, special attention should be made to avoid sharp objects to ruin it or liquids to come into contact.

"Novoli" is a modern, residential neighborhood of Florence, full of pubs shops and services. Well connected both to to the city center by the new tramway line 2 of Florence, with tramway which stops around the corner, it takes exactely 15 minutes to the city center. The area is ideal for those travelling by car, since it is one of the few areas in Florence with lots of parking places.

The location is very well connected both to the airport and to the city center by the new tramway line 2 of Florence, with tramway which stops around the corner (tramway stop is called: Firenze Torre degli Agli), it takes exactely 15 minutes to the city center. The area is ideal for those travelling by car, since it is one of the few areas in Florence with lots of parking places, both in closed, gated areas and in open spaces.

House Rules

smoking is allowed only in the balcony outside, not inside the house. Fee for those who smoke inside the house: 30 euros.

Parties not allowed. Parties (proven,with neighbours complaining to the administration or calling police) will be fined with 100 euros fee.
Early check in (before 16): for FREE, if possible.
Late check out (after 11 am) will be charged from 25 to 50 euros depending how late it will be.
The house has self check in with the keys located near the house door. Guests accept to follow the clear instructions to do the self check in and to send the identity documents as soon as possible.
